A single person jumps, into another, retaining that knowledge. Those two people, jump into every person touched around them, slowly, while retaining themselves individually, but becoming connected to all the persons in the world. Would our physical selves disappear into consciousness dissipated, a synchronization across realities, where, even a single physical vessel dies, you are “retained” and thus live on forever as long as humanity persists.
Humanity persisting = a genome bank of all the memories and knowledge of mankind, lifting selves above singular thread perspectives into multiverse infinite threads of possibility perspectives, where physical drops away to [output] higher consciousness.

This exists already. Output (dreams) what are, dreams? The most vivid, lucid dreams are more real then any singular memory from any traumatic (positive or negative) then any other accessing of the human subconscious.
